All Sales Are Final
All Flawless Skincare skincare and body-care product sales are final.
For hygiene, safety, and product-integrity reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges and do not provide refunds on skincare or body-care products.
Please carefully review the product description, size, ingredients, scent description, directions, and other available product information before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We carefully inspect and prepare orders before shipment. If you receive a product that was damaged upon arrival or an item that is different from what you ordered, please contact us promptly so we can review the issue.
To be eligible for review, the product must:
- Remain unopened and unused
- Remain in its original packaging
- Not have been altered, discarded, or otherwise used
- Be accompanied by your order number and clear photographs of the product and original packaging
Please retain the item and all original packaging until your claim has been reviewed.
Do not open, use, discard, or alter the product while the issue is being reviewed.
After receiving the requested information, Flawless Skincare will review the circumstances and determine the appropriate resolution.
Submitting a damaged or incorrect-order claim does not automatically guarantee a refund, replacement, credit, or other resolution.
Damaged and incorrect orders are handled as order-fulfillment issues and do not constitute an exception creating a general return or exchange program.
Product Preferences
Personal preferences regarding fragrance, texture, color, or other product characteristics are not considered product defects.
We strongly encourage you to review scent descriptions and product details before purchasing.

Once an order has entered fulfillment, been packaged, or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Shipping Address Changes

If an address correction is required, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee that a shipping address can be changed once fulfillment has begun.
Flawless Skincare is not responsible for packages that are misdelivered, delayed, or returned because of incorrect or incomplete shipping information supplied by the customer.
Returned Packages
If a package is returned to Flawless Skincare because of an incorrect or incomplete address, unsuccessful delivery, or another customer-related delivery issue, please contact us regarding available options.
Additional shipping charges may apply if the order must be shipped again.
